About Peter
Aviation | Wildlife | Nature Photographer
” Aviation Photography was where it all started, but my interest has changed direction over the last couple of years, and I now photograph Wildlife, Landscapes, and a few portraits.
When I was a young boy. I remember sitting and watching my Grandad take pictures. I was fascinated. It was only a few years ago that I realised I too enjoyed taking photographs and capturing memories. At first, my equipment wasn’t great, but I got some better equipment and software through the years of birthdays and Christmases. Photography is a big part of my life, and it’s great fun! I get a buzz when I get feedback from people when they compliment my photographs.
I joined and qualified with The Guild of Photographers in 2018. September 2021, I was awarded the distinction of Craftsman.
I mainly do photography as a hobby, but it’s slowly become a part of my life! I love getting feedback from my peers and seeing their work as well.
I want to thank all my family, friends and especially my wife for their support over the years and for putting up with some awful photos and the good ones, lol. A special mention of my Uncle Mike who sadly passed away earlier this year, he always pushed me to aim higher and believe in what I could do.“
